Stacking the Kris+ February Promos For 16% Rebate or 16 Miles Per Dollar

Kris+ seems to be feeling festive this month, and there are multiple promos happening in February. Our favourite Spend & Win promo is back, and there are a couple of Mastercard rebates to be earned. On top of these promos, Kris+ is featuring a whole bunch of dining establishments that offer an upsized 12 miles per dollar earn rate which is pretty insane.

Spend & Win

Spend & Win promo is back (you can tap here for a read of its mechanics) but this time a new clause has been added into its terms and conditions:

After successfully completing an Eligible Payment Transaction, eligible Participants will be entitled to one (1) chance to participate in the Kris+ Spin & Win Game (the “Game”), provided that each Participant shall not be entitled to more than one (1) chance to participate in the Game for any goods or services (including food items and dine-ins at food and beverage outlets) purchased on a single occasion but split into different payment transactions or receipts (“the Proviso”). Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may have, SIA reserves the right to (i) forfeit any Game chances obtained by any Participant in contravention of the Proviso, and (ii) to forfeit the whole or part of any amount of KrisPay miles credited to any Participant as a result of any utilization of Game chances obtained in contravention of the Proviso.

It was always going to be a matter of time before they closed this “loophole”, but now it’s official. I’ve heard that splitting still works so there isn’t any actual in-app mechanism to block repeat transactions, but Singapore Air would have the right to clawback prizes credited to one’s Kris+ account.

In any case, Spend & Win is still a nice bonus on top of the rewards you get with Kris+, and there are a lot of rewards this month. There is no registration required for this promo, and this will last until 19th February 2023.

Mastercard $10 Rebate with S$30 spend

This promo started in December last year, but if you have not already used it, you have until 28th February 2023 to do so. You need to make a transaction of minimum S$30 and charge it to a Mastercard debit/credit card via Apple Pay for iPhones or Google Pay for Android phones, and the rebate will come in the form of 1,500 KrisPay miles within 14 working days.

No registration is required for this promo, and you can absolutely stack this promo with Spend & Win as well as the next promo:

Mastercard Challenge

A new promo from 27th January to 28th February 2023, Mastercard Challenge requires you to make 2 transactions of at least S$30 each at one of the following partners with a Mastercard debit/credit card:

RetailDining & Others
Farm Frozen
La Senza
SK Jewellery
Andersen’s Ice Cream
Four Seasons Durians
Gong Cha
Co Chung

You will receive 1,500 KrisPay miles upon completion of the challenge.

MilesRush – 12 miles per dollar

Until the end of February, you can get a Kris+ earn rate of 12 miles per dollar on these dining places:

  • Honolulu
  • QĪN Restaurant & Bar
  • Dopo Teatro
  • JU95
  • OverEasy
  • The Coconut Club
  • LeVel33
  • 665°F
  • Mrs Pho
  • Perch
  • Paper Rice
  • Coca

As usual, the Kris+ earn rate is on top of the usual rewards you get which can be as much as an additional 8% cashback or 4 miles per dollar. Kris+’s 12 mile per dollar earn rate is also a base 8% rebate even if you’re not into miles, so you can get as much as 16% cashback if you use the right card. Those into miles would no doubt take the 16 miles per dollar they can get from this promo.

You can refer to the guide for cards you can use.

Stacking all the promos

I just bought a voucher from one of the dining places that I frequent, and the restaurant has a $50 voucher at 25% off. I earned 444 miles from the 12 miles per dollar earn rate, plus the rewards from my card, and got 150 miles (worth S$1) from the Spend & Win. On top of that, I’m going to get the Mastercard rebate of 1,500 miles (worth S$10).

This is certainly Team Value kind of stuff.
