Qatar Airways Transfer Bonus: Get Up to 35% Bonus Miles With HeyMax Until 31st October 2026
Until 31st October 2026, transfer points to Qatar Airways’ Privilege Club from participating partners and get up to 35% bonus Avios. This follows the 30% transfer bonus Qatar Airways ran in June, though there is one big difference this time: the bonus is tiered according to how many Avios you transfer in a single transaction.
HeyMax is once again a participating partner, though Citibank is interestingly not participating on the Singapore Side. Nonetheless, there are a few interesting ways to make use of this promo even for those who don’t have many Max Miles, especially with the recently launched Trust Freedom Card promo and HeyMax First.
Up to 35% bonus Avios per transfer
The bonus depends on the number of Avios received from each individual conversion transaction:
| Avios Converted | Bonus |
|---|---|
| Up to 49,999 Avios | 15% |
| 50,000 to 99,999 Avios | 25% |
| 100,000 Avios or more | 35% |
For HeyMax users, Max Miles convert to Qatar Airways Avios at 1:1, so this means:
| Max Miles Transferred | Avios Received |
|---|---|
| 20,000 | 23,000 (+15%) |
| 50,000 | 62,500 (+25%) |
| 100,000 | 135,000 (+35%) |
Qatar Airways states that the bonus is calculated based on each individual transaction rather than your cumulative transfers during the promotion. You should hence consolidate your transfers to reach 100,000 if possible to get the largest bonus. Read on to see ways to get more Max Miles quickly.

HeyMax is the main participating partner for Singapore
Unlike the June transfer bonus, Citibank Singapore is not participating this time. Qatar Airways’ list only includes Citibank for the United States, while HeyMax is specifically listed for Singapore and Hong Kong.
No registration is required for HeyMax transfers. As long as you convert Max Miles into Qatar Airways Avios during the campaign period, the appropriate bonus will be applied automatically.
What are Qatar Avios good for?
Qatar Airways Privilege Club uses Avios which are miles that can be used at airlines like British Airways and Finnair. Through Privilege Club, you can also redeem flights with partner airlines like Cathay Pacific.
Stay subscribed for more guides on how to use Avios more effectively, and until then – here are some flights I personally managed to redeem over the past year:
| Redemption | Airline | Avios Required | With 35% Bonus^ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bangkok to Hong Kong Business Class (Aria Suite) | Cathay Pacific | 16,500 | 12,223 |
| Doha to Singapore Business Class (Qsuite)* | Qatar Airways | 50,000 | 37,038 |
| Helsinki to Singapore Business Class (AirLounge) | Finnair | 62,500 | 46,297 |
^assuming ≥100,000 in a single transfer
Other gems include:
| Redemption | Airline | Avios Required | With 35% Bonus^ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore to Hong Kong Business Class | Cathay Pacific | 22,000 | 16,297 |
| Singapore to Europe Business Class | Qatar Airways | 75,000 | 55,556 |
Potentially turn the Trust Freedom Card’s 100,000 Max Miles into 135,000 Avios
This promotion has rather good timing with the Trust Freedom Card’s current welcome offer.
New Trust credit cardholders who apply for the Trust Freedom Card, select Miles as their reward mode and fulfil the required spend can currently earn up to 100,000 Max Miles that can boosted to even more ridiculous amounts:
| Qualifying spend | Total Bonus | Avios (With Bonus) |
|---|---|---|
| S$1,000 | 20,000 | 23,000 (business class to Hong Kong via Cathay) |
| S$5,000 | 50,000 | 62,500 (business class to Helsinki via Finnair) |
| S$15,000 | 100,000 | 135,000 (return business class to Helsinki via Finnair) |
This makes the generous Trust Freedom Card welcome offer even more enticing. Trust states that they aim to give the Max Miles reward within 24 hours from users completing the spend requirement, which means that it is entirely possible to effectively get as much as 135,000 Avios if you get the card and complete the spend requirements within October 2026.
Access more Max Miles upfront with HeyMax First
Launched earlier this year, HeyMax First can be quite useful for transfer bonuses like this. HeyMax First allows users to access a Miles Pool upfront and replenish those Max Miles later through eligible activity on HeyMax.
This makes it particularly useful for users who wish to take advantage of this transfer bonus but are short on miles.
For instance, you might have 70,000 Max Miles, and transferring them normally would qualify for the 25% tier. But if you are able to access another 30,000 Max Miles through HeyMax First and transfer 100,000 Max Miles in a single transaction, you would qualify for the 35% tier instead.
Depending on your valuation of miles, you might even consider paying to upgrade your HeyMax First membership so you can access a larger pool of miles upfront.
Transfers need to be completed by 31st October 2026
The promotion runs from 1st October 2026, 12.00AM to 31st October 2026, 11.59PM (GMT+3). This works out to 1st November 2026, 4.59AM Singapore time.
Just like I mentioned during the previous Qatar Airways transfer promo, I wouldn’t leave the transfer until the absolute last minute. The conversion needs to be completed within the campaign period to qualify, and Qatar Airways specifically states that bonuses will not be applied retroactively to transfers completed after the campaign ends.
Qatar Airways states that the bonus Avios will be credited by 30th November 2026, though the bonus Avios is usually credited together with the base miles based on past experiences.

You can refer to Qatar Airways’ promotion page for the full list of participating partners and terms.
Do note that once points have been converted into Avios, the transaction cannot be reversed.

35% is better than the 30% Qatar Airways offered back in June, and a hair lower than the 40% the airline has offered on a couple of occasions.
This time, however, the timing is especially interesting because of Trust Freedom Card’s unusually large welcome offer.
