Wake Up, September Deals Are Ending

A week left to the last quarter of the month, but does anyone really read what I write here or do y’all just skip to the deals? Do you remember, the 21st night, September…

Credit card promos

Citi’s highest-ever S$400 headlines this post, and rightfully so because not only is it an incredible deal, its last day is also 25th September 2022. If you want an iPad, that deal lasts a bit longer, and at a retail price of $499 it’s a great gift… especially for yourself.

There’s also an opportunity to get $324 of cash and cashback with StanChart cards, so do check that post out.

Maybank’s promo is back: get Samsonite Luggage + S$80 cash if you’re the first 4,500 applicants, after which it becomes S$100 cashback + S$80 cash instead. I’m not 100% sure about this, but it is probably the most generous Maybank has been.

CIMB’s highest-ever S$250 promo is also back. It’s truly a great month for card deals.

Free shares with trading apps

Webull and uSMART’s upsized deals aren’t going to last forever. In fact, both promos are their highest ever, and are slated to run until the end of this month. After signing up, you need to fund your account so don’t wait until the last minute.

Free shares are obviously great to kickstart your investment journey, or add to your existing investments… Perhaps really timely given the way things are in the market these days.

Free shopping vouchers

This month has also been great for shopping vouchers: get S$10 vouchers of your choice when you complete LTA’s survey, and there’s a lot to choose from!

Get S$5 Far East e-Voucher when you sign up for their app with my referral code aJDCWJ, and submit your first receipt. Orchard Central is a great place to use your voucher, and they are also giving out free ice cream (until 25th September 2022) for those who download their app. On top of that, using my referral code also means I get more vouchers to buy Kylo stuff.

Trust Bank… well do I really need to say more about it? By far the most referrals I’ve ever gotten for a single app. It’s probably the free rice, which is gone now, sadly. Use promo code JP8171J5 if you wish to add to my stash of NTUC FairPrice vouchers 🥲
