Here are all the goodies and vouchers announced at Budget 2026 on 12th February 2026. The article will be updated when more details are clear.

Up to S$400 cash

Singaporean adults with up to S$100,000 assessable income and who do not own more than one property can look forward to getting up to S$400 cash in September 2026.

The amount of payout is dependent on the annual value of their residence.

S$500 CDC Vouchers

Update: this tranche has been brought forward to June 2026. Eligible households can claim their CDC vouchers starting 11th June 2026

In January 2027, S$500 CDC Vouchers will be disbursed all Singaporean households. As usual, it will be split into half for heartland retailers and the other half for participating supermarkets.

U-Save rebates

Eligible Singaporean HDB households will get up to S$570 of U-Save rebates from April 2026 to March 2027.

S$500 Child LifeSG credits

Parents will receive S$500 Child LifeSG credits for each Singaporean child aged 12 and below. These will be disbursed from July 2026.

Increased monthly income threshold for preschool subsidies

The monthly household income threshold to qualify for preschool subsidies will be increased from S$12,000 to S$15,000.

Enhanced ComLink+ Progress Packages

There will be payouts of S$500 per quarter for ComLink+ families. Eligible families who maintain stable employment and good preschool attendance will get enhanced payouts. A higher proportion of payouts will be made in cash.

For example, a ComLink+ family with two children in preschool can get around S$10,000 a year in cash and CPF top-ups.

CPF top-up for those below Basic Retirement Sum (BRS)

CPF members aged 50 and above can look forward to CPF top-ups of up to S$1,500 in December 2026. The amount given will be dependent on how far from the BRS members have, with those having less getting a higher amount of top-up.

50% corporate tax rebated capped at S$40,000 for YA2026

Update: the government has increased the cap and rebate

Companies will get 40% corporate tax rebate capped at S$30,000 50% corporate tax rebate capped at S$40,000 for the Year of Assessment 2026. Active companies with at least one local employee in 2025 will get a minimum benefit of S$1,500 S$2,000.

The mechanics should be similar to the 50% rebate given in the past couple of years, though the amount of rebate has been adjusted downwards. The amount has been adjusted back to match the previous years.
