I would sign up for UOB PRVI Miles

While many UOB cards are eligible for the S$60 cash offer as well as the first 100 promo, UOB PRVI Miles is unique because it has its own 58,000 miles offer that is has no limit to the number of eligible applicants.

This means that even if you aren’t one of the first 100 applicants, you can still qualify for S$60 cash on top of up to 58,000 miles!

There’s an annual fee to be paid, but with that many miles to get, it’s a very worthy deal on its own (analysed here). It’s made sweeter with today’s promo of S$60 cash plus the chance to get S$250 eCapitaVoucher if you are quick enough.

Of course, if you want to sign up one of the other cards to get easy S$60 cash without spend requirement, that’s a very fuss-free way to score some rewards too.

What to spend on?

You need to meet the minimum spend to qualify for rewards. Do note that there are transactions which are excluded. Read the terms and conditions carefully when applying.

Generally, retail transactions like buying stuff or dining out are very safe. Things like bill payments, education expenses and CardUp or ipaymy become a lot iffier and depends on the bank your card is from.
