Conversion Bonus
You can convert yuu Points into KrisFlyer miles from as low as 198 points for 55 miles:

Because the bonus miles is capped at 4,000, converting 72,000 yuu Points into 20,000 KrisFlyer miles will max out this promo.

Worth it?
Each yuu Point is typically worth 0.5 cents when redeemed at its usual rate in-app or at yuu Merchants. For instance, if you are shopping at Cold Storage and just bought S$20 worth of groceries, you can use 4,000 yuu Points to pay for your items. There are also discounted vouchers in the app itself which can bring your overall value per point up, such as a S$20 Cold Storage voucher that goes for 3,880 yuu Points.
Based on a 0.5 cent per point valuation, transferring your yuu Points for miles means that you are giving up 1.8 cents per mile. While this seems rather unpalatable, we also have to remember that using yuu Points to buy things at yuu Merchants also comes with an opportunity cost because we could have used our DBS yuu Card to pay for such expenses and earn 36X yuu Points. The cost per mile is hence lower at 1.5 cents each. I’ve described this in greater detail in my video (from 7:07):
With the promo, the cost per mile drops to 1.5 cents per mile, and around 1.3 cents per mile factoring in the opportunity cost I’ve described. It isn’t too difficult to get value exceeding 1.3 to 1.5 cents per mile in my opinion.

Given that Spontaneous Escapes is just a couple of days away, it may be a good idea to load up some KrisFlyer miles in anticipation for the promo. It’s a pity the bonus miles probably won’t come in on time for the more popular routes, but I’ve still gone ahead to convert 20,000 miles under this promo.
