Destinations in Business Class
In my opinion, Spontaneous Escapes is a great way to redeem Singapore Airlines business class flights for 30% fewer miles, and below are the destinations available for promo fares this month.
I’ve put a ⭐️ next to destinations I find interesting enough for myself:

Bali and Bangkok are places that I love to visit, and though both flights are just slightly above 2 hours, I’ve found taking business class entirely enjoyable each time I make the trip there. Lifestyle inflation, perhaps.
Ho Chi Minh is a lot less worth it from my experience. It may be only about 20-30 minutes shorter than the flights to Bali or Bangkok, but when the flights are already so short, those extra missing minutes made my trip feel a lot less enjoyable when I tried this route recently. Also, some of the flights to HCM still use the old business class config which I personally do not prefer.
Darwin is pretty attractive too. At 29,750 miles each way, it is less than double of the 17,500 required for Bangkok, but the flight time is about double. Cairns, on the other hand, costs 70% more than Darwin but the flight time is only about 30 minutes longer which makes it a lot more questionable in terms of value.

I don’t usually pay too much attention to Premium Economy, but let me take a look this time.

My hesitation for Premium Economy stems from a fear that it is neither Premium nor Economy, and I recently took Premium Economy for the first time in my life and the experience confirmed my belief. Admittedly, I didn’t take Singapore Airlines’ Premium Economy, so I could be entirely wrong about my impression.
Shanghai could be a good testing ground for me to test my suspicions again, though I would very much rather wait for Shanghai to be available via Business Class under Spontaneous Escapes, or even do Darwin in Business Class which is almost the same price as Shanghai in Premium Economy.
Johannesburg and Istanbul look quite okay from a cost-flight time perspective, though I would hesitate to take PE for these routes which are both more than 10 hours long.
Destinations in Economy
Finally, Economy Class flights may not be the most exciting of ways to use your miles for, but at 30% off some routes are well worth considering.

At 11,200 miles + S$83 taxes for a return trip, the cost is about S$251 if you consider each mile to be worth around 1.5 cents. That’s a pretty fair price to pay for this trip.
The same goes for Male, which by my calculation costs about S$590 (factoring in cost per mile of 1.5 cents and S$190 taxes).
Chengdu is also pretty tempting. At 21,700 miles and S$81.70 taxes, this works out to be roughly S$407 which is cheaper than many other airlines as far as I can tell.
