How to meet the spend requirement quickly?
If you ask me, the best way to reliably and quickly meet the spend requirement would be to buy supermarket vouchers from your neighbour grocer. These tend to code as groceries spend and does not require you to spend beyond your normal expenses since you can always use the vouchers over a period of time.
