POSB Promo: S$3 Cashback Every Saturday With PayLah! and S$3 Off at Sheng Siong With POSB Cards

From 1st August until 31st December 2024, POSB has introduced a “Supporting Our Heartlands” campaign which sees easy cashback rewards. This campaign follows the popular 5 Million Hawker Meals PayLah promo that recently concluded after more than a year.

While the previous campaign was every Friday, the new campaign will now be on Saturdays starting from 6AM in the morning. The first 75,000 users who make payment at over 22,000 participating heartland shops, wet markets and hawker centres will get up to S$3 cashback, limited to one redemption per user per week.

You can tap here for a list of participating merchants. Or you can also look out for these decals as well as SGQR codes with PayLah! logos:

In the previous 5 Million Hawker Meals promo, “competition” for the first 100,000 spots was fierce, with the promo fully redeemed from as early as 8AM. Based on my observation, the promo took longer to be fully redeemed on a public holiday, so perhaps having this campaign on Saturdays may see a similar effect.

Regardless, the PayLah! app will show a Fully Redeemed banner when the S$3 cashback is fully given out for the day.

Update: on 3rd August 2024, it went unavailable at approximately 9.30AM. So this is probably the current “cut-off timing” to look at and it will probably get earlier as more people know about this promo
