- Plus: apply for SCB EasyPay and convert a min. transaction of S$150 with a 12-month tenure within 60 days of card approval to be eligible for reward.
For reference only; refer to exact details in terms and conditions
1. Minimum rewards of S$330 cash or gadget of choice
When you sign up as a new cardholder and spend S$500 within the first 30 days from card approval, you can choose to get S$330 cash or a gadget of your choice. This gift can be upsized significantly with the other promos below, but it is at least the bare minimum you can expect to get for completing the requirements.
2. Additional sign-up reward of S$50 vouchers
On top of the minimum rewards, you get a guaranteed S$50 in additional vouchers by completing a couple more tasks.
| Requirement | Reward |
| Use EasyPay, EasyBill or split purchase into an instalment plan | S$20 eCapitaVoucher |
| Spend S$1,000 in the second month from card approval | S$30 eCapitaVoucher |
For EasyPay, you can currently split up a transaction to be paid over 3 months with a service fee of 0.1%. For a S$150 transaction, that’s S$0.15 and you would pay S$50 per month for the next 3 months.
For EasyBill, you can use it to make payment to something like insurance, income tax etc. much like CardUp/ipaymy. There is a service fee of up to 1.9% (check your StanChart app for exact figures).
For the second requirement, getting S$30 eCapitaVouchers for a S$1,000 spend is a 3% earn rate. This is on top of the 1.5% cashback given by the Simply Cash card.
3. Extra S$100 vouchers if Team Cashback wins!
By signing up now, you also stand to get S$100 bonus vouchers on top of the above rewards if Team Cashback wins! (Well, you can always apply for a miles card too and get extra rewards if the other side wins.)
4. Lucky draw: pair of return business class tickets to Switzerland
Lastly, sign up by 21st May 2024 and you also stand a chance to win a pair of return business class to Zurich, Switzerland. Winner will be announced by 12th November 2024. See terms and conditions here.
Multiple offers make this a compelling deal
Given the multiple offers that stack and it’s quite likely the rewards will reduce soon, it’s a great time to pick up the card.
