Kris+ Promo: Sure-win $1 to $20 Per $10 Transaction (At Least 10% Cashback!)

From 18th to 31st July 2022 inclusive, Kris+ is having a compelling spend promo where you get a sure-win prize for every eligible transaction that is at least S$10. There are 5 possible prizes:

The bonus miles earned cannot be transferred to your KrisFlyer, so they are as good as cashback which should once again show that Kris+ isn’t just an app for miles chasers. The normal miles you earn through your transaction can still be transferred to your KrisFlyer account if you wish, or left in your Kris+ account to be used as cash rebates. Since there is a minimum prize of S$1, each S$10 transaction now comes with at least 10% rebate on top of the usual earn rate (between 2 to 6% from Kris+) plus card rewards! It obviously becomes much better if you get one of the better prizes, so good luck.
Given how payments work on wallet apps like Kris+, I don’t think there’s an issue asking the cashier if they mind you splitting up your payment into a few S$10 transactions to earn more prizes. You might get dirty looks depending on how busy the queue is, so exercise your own judgment.
Personally, I’d be trying my luck with this the next time I’m paying with Kris+. Hey, an added 10% is a big deal, and the app is swift enough to make multiple payments quickly. I will try to see if I can use Kris+ for any payment I may have before the end of the month, and I’ll let you know how it goes.
