Excellent Deals: Higher Cash Offers For CIMB and OCBC Credit Cards
Two already great deals have gotten upsized cash offers! S$300 was a great offer for CIMB credit cards, and it is now excellent with an upsized offer of S$320 in cold hard cash! Well, as hard and as cold as a PayNow transfer can be. Alternatively, you can also choose the robot vacuum option which is now a more expensive model: Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ is worth S$599.
OCBC credit cards also offer a free iPad or S$350 in eCapitaVouchers! But if you really prefer cash, the gift has been increased to S$250 from S$200.
These promos are for new cardholders. You still qualify if you have other banking products like savings accounts or supplementary cards.
Suggested CIMB cards
I suggest CIMB Visa Signature as it gives an excellent cashback rate of 10% when used optimally. It is currently enhanced until 31st October 2023, which may come in useful for the minimum spend. There is no annual fee for life!
CIMB Visa Infinite is a fuss-free card that gives 3 complimentary DragonPass lounge visits every year. It requires a minimum annual income of S$120,000, and rather uniquely for a Visa Infinite card does not have annual fees at all.

Suggested OCBC cards
The three OCBC cards are all pretty useful in their own regard, so it’s up to your personal use case and preference. Cashback people only has OCBC 365 to choose from.
For miles, OCBC Titanium Rewards is useful for things like electronics and certain furniture retailers. OCBC 90°N is a more fuss-free card that gives 1.3 miles per dollar on most transactions.
The annual fees are waived for the first 2 years for OCBC 365 and OCBC Titanium Rewards, and for 1 year in the case of OCBC 90°N.
