Card | New Cardholders | Existing Cardholders | End Date |
DBS yuu | S$250 cashback | S$80 cashback (Amex) S$50 cashback (Visa) | 30th June 2023 |
DBS Vantage | 80,000 miles | 60,000 miles | 6th June 2023 |
DBS Takashimaya Card | S$300 cashback | S$300 cashback | 30th June 2023 |

Versus DBS Vantage
If you are new to DBS/POSB cards and wish to apply for both the DBS Vantage and DBS yuu cards, should you go for the DBS yuu or the DBS Vantage first?
The difference in sign-up promos between a new and existing cardholder for DBS yuu is S$230 cashback (S$350 – S$120), while that of the DBS Vantage is 20,000 miles (80,000 – 60,000).
This means that if you value 20,000 miles more than S$230, you should start with the DBS Vantage first. Giving up S$230 of cashback for 20,000 miles means that you value each mile at at least 1.15 cents each which seems like a reasonable value if you are someone who values things like business class flights.
