Days Left: Final Call For Fantastic Card Sign-up Promos
The next couple of weeks and even days mark the end of a few fantastic promos for credit cards, so time is running out to grab these generous sign-up rewards. If you’re a new cardholder for banks like StanChart, DBS or HSBC, you’d definitely want to take a look below. Even existing cardholders for Citi and DBS cards qualify for some of the deals that are ending soon.
23rd May: S$500 Cashback for StanChart Smart or Simply Cash
An incredible S$500 sign-up offer with no cap on the number of eligible applicants? Sounds too good to be true, but this is indeed the case as long as you sign up by 23rd May 2024 and meet the spend requirements within 30 days from card approval. Check it out here:
31st May: 50,000 Bonus Miles for Citi Prestige
The current Citi Prestige promo has been on for a while now since March, and the current end-date is 31st May 2024. It’s a fantastic offer for a card that has helped me get lots of miles, free hotel nights, and complimentary airport rides. It unfortunately has a higher-than-usual income requirement, but if you do qualify it’s something worth taking a serious look at:
🔥 New users of Webull can get 8.4% p.a. returns with MoneyBull Interest Booster! Also, get as much as US$1,050 in cash vouchers for signing up and funding your Webull account in the month of May 2024!

31st May: Multiple DBS Promos For New/Existing Cardholders Coming to an End
DBS has been running their current all-time high promos from as early as February, but they are coming to an end 31st May 2024 with no indication of whether they’d be extended. With as much S$388 cashback for DBS yuu and 85,000 miles for DBS Vantage, these are the most generous sign-up rewards I’ve seen from the bank. Existing cardholders are also not left out, so definitely check it out if you have missed it over the past few months:
2nd June: S$350 eCapitaVouchers (or other gifts) for HSBC
If you’re not subscribed to the Telegram, you would likely have missed applying for the supersized welcome gifts for HSBC credit cards as soon as the promo launched. Fortunately, even the “backup gifts” are upsized to S$350 eCapitaVouchers after being at S$250 for a while.
While your chances are much better signing up when the promo started, it’s anyone’s guess whether the first 500 slots have been taken up. Even if 1,000 applications were received, not every single application would be approved. Also, successful applicants still have to meet the spend requirements successfully and I imagine there might be a few who don’t.
I wouldn’t count on it, but hey it’s a nice bonus if you do get the supersized gifts.
