Act Fast: Kris+ Spend Promos For October

While Kris+ promos have been more tempered over the past few months, there are still a few gems to pick up from the app this month. On top of the usual bonus miles you get form using the app, there are cash rebates you can earn from the spend promos this month.

You need the app first, so download it below:

Kris+

Use code W159000 for 500 miles!

Kris+ gives bonus miles on top of your usual card rewards! Not a miles person? The miles can also be used as cashback. Get as much as additional 9 miles or 9% rebates! See the review here and check out the guide

Birthday bash: first 1,000 gets S$10 for S$10 transaction

100% rebate… as long as your spend is S$10! Also, you need to be the first 1,000 to accept the challenge and make the spend from 26th October 2023 10AM.

The challenge lasts until 31st October 2023, but 1,000 redemptions might even last beyond the first day. I suggest heading over to the Telegram to check with the comments whether it’s been fully redeemed. If you did get your reward, reporting the time you got the reward also helps other people decide whether to take a go at the promo.

1,500 KrisPay miles will be given upon completion of the challenge and this is worth at least S$10. It can only be used to offset your future purchases on Kris+ and cannot be transferred to your KrisFlyer account.

From previous experiences, in-app deals should also get the reward. I plan to buy an in-app deal so I will update whether I got the S$10.

October spend promo: S$10 for two S$25 transactions

Also available this month is Kris+’s monthly Mastercard spend challenge. Start the challenge and make two transactions of at least S$25 each to get S$10. The S$10 is also given in non-transferrable 1,500 KrisPay miles.

I’m assuming that this will stack with the Birthday Bash promo i.e. you can make S$25 spend for S$10 rebate from the Birthday Bash promo, and then spend another S$25 to get the S$10 rebate. Again, we might have to count on the experimentation of others in the Telegram.

Pretty easy S$20, if you were already going to use Kris+

Despite the less frequent and generous promos of late, Kris+ still gives bonus miles for purchases and helpfully converts offline retail transactions to online ones. The spend bonuses this month don’t hurt, and might be made more attractive if a year-end miles-back promo happen (read the guide if you are not sure what this means).

More promos

October is also the month of very, very generous promos:
