You need to apply with the link below and spend at least S$2,000 within the first 60 days from card approval. This will get you 20,000 miles for your sign-up gift. If you never owned a KrisFlyer UOB card before, you also get a further 5,000 KrisFlyer miles on your first transaction.
If you spend all S$2,000 on Singapore Airlines Group related transactions, you get 6,000 miles based on the 3 miles per dollar earn rate. In total, that would get you 31,000 miles.
Normal spend outside of UOB KrisFlyer’s categories get you 1.2 miles per dollar, so that is still 2,400 miles on top of the aforementioned 20,000 plus 5,000 miles.

Alternatively, you may wish to sign up for UOB PRVI Miles which is offering up to 50,000 miles instead. Note that there is an annual fee of S$259.20 payable.
By my calculation, you get 20,600 more miles going with this promo rather than the KrisFlyer UOB promo above. With a cost of S$259.20, that’s buying each additional mile at 1.26 cents per mile. It’s not the best price to pay for miles, but it’s still pretty okay especially if you want to get more miles quickly.
Note that the miles are also given in the form of UNI$ which require conversion fees, though you do get a longer shelf life since you can keep these points with UOB until you convert them into miles.
