Reminder: Claim Your $10 LTA Household Travel Survey Voucher

LTA is conducting a survey on travel habits and it should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. The link is a bit wonky, and you may need to use a different browser/device, but it totally works.
Redeem voucher before expiry
If you have completed the survey the last time I broadcasted this on my Telegram channel, do remember to claim your voucher as the points given to you should be expiring in a few days. The voucher will have its own expiry date.

If you haven’t already done so, you can get S$10 Mooments gift card for completing a survey by Land Transport Authority (LTA). It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to answer questions about your travel habits, and they will send you $10 worth of vouchers of your choice once your submission is verified.
(If you get an error with the link, try using Incognito/Private Browsing mode, or switch to another browser. The site apparently excludes people from outside of Singapore, so changing your device/to mobile data might help too.)
You also get to help LTA improve our road and transportation system, I think. I consider this a civic duty… not that $10 hurts.

Mooments gift cards can be used to redeem a whole bunch of other gift cards like Courts, Grab, IKEA, Amazon… the list goes on, so they’re almost as good as cash in my books.
The survey is slated to end 18th November 2022, and note that each household is only eligible for one gift. There is also a waiting time of 3 days before the voucher is given to you.

My past experienced received a QR scan reward from other organisation but LTA lead our claim like to no where. I think forget about it and would not respond to it in future

pls tell us how to redeem the lta surveys vouchers for all who has complete the survey. Make it simple for many applicants who are not IT savvy. Otherwise I will mark it as a scam n will not respond in the future
To redeem the reward just go back to the same link that u did the survey by keying in yout mobile number.

If LTA is sincere in giving the voucher as a token of appreciation for the feedback, the voucher should have been sent out directly upon verification.

Redeem through the fairprice app. On the app , add voucher, click on promo code. Paste the voucher code.(The $10 Voucher will appear). Then go to Fairprice store, after u scan your item , u can select pay via Fairprice app shown on monitor screen [use self check out]. Officer on-site can help u. *If u have done survey last year, understand the voucher validity has been extended till Nov 2025. *I have successfully redeemed it. All the best 👍
