Last Day: OCBC iPad Deal Ending Early + Get Upsized 6 Miles Per Dollar or 4.17% Cashback!

Slated to end 31st August 2023, the OCBC iPad deal is ending early, and by early I mean today. If you’re reading this on 22nd August 2023, this is your very last chance to snag a free iPad by applying for an OCBC credit card and making just S$500 of spend within the first month.

From 23rd August 2023, you can choose to get an Apple Watch SE or S$350 in eCapitaVouchers. There are also other gift options you can choose below.

On top of that, OCBC Titanium Rewards is offering an upsized earn rate of 15X OCBC$ points per dollar spent, up from 10X points. That’s 6 miles per dollar or 4.17% cashback!

The iPad gift option has been replaced with Apple Watch SE.

You can choose between OCBC Titanium Rewards, OCBC 90°N, and OCBC 365 for this promo, but I think the OCBC Titanium Rewards is the best pick because of yet another promo that just started.

Upsized 6 miles per dollar with OCBC Titanium Rewards

For new OCBC cardholders whose OCBC Titanium Reward cards are approved from 18th August 2023 to 30 September 2023, cardholders will get bonus OCBC$ with their spending. OCBC$ is commonly converted into miles by miles enthusiasts, but it can also be used to offset your spending, essentially becoming cashback.

The total earn rate possible is thus an excellent 6 miles per dollar or 4.17% cashback if you have no interest in the game of miles.

Spending still needs to be in eligible categories of the OCBC Titanium Rewards which include things like clothing stores, electronics stores, and selected merchants like Amazon, Taobao, Qoo10, Shopee and other online retailers.

Pretty good card to use if you want to buy a laptop or new phone, or even furniture.

This upsized earn rate will last 90 days from the card approval date. OCBC gives the following example:

To maximise this promo, you could possibly spend S$2,000 each month for 3 months, getting a bonus 12,000 miles on top of the standard 24,000 miles you would have gotten.

Fantastic deal all around

Are you a terribad procrastinator like me? Well if you’ve been sitting on your OCBC Titanium Rewards application, you’ve (un)fortunately been rewarded by your procrastination. You still only have the whole of 22nd August 2023 to get your iPad, so do it now.
