It is also worth 0.8 cents each at KrisShop, and given the rarity of good UOB sign-up promos, this is something you shouldn’t miss. My personal valuation of miles is around 1 to 1.25 cents each – and many would deem this a low valuation – so you can see why this promo is excellent.

There is an added gift of a 20″ luggage, and that is indeed in typical UOB fashion limited to the first 400 eligible applicants. I am told that only about 25% of that is claimed, so you stand a high chance to get this gift too. Note that this is entirely based on what a little birdie has told me so I can’t verify it.
