How CPF Accrued Interest Lets You Get Cash Profit From CPF

Many, particularly property agents, seem to position CPF Accrued Interest as something that affects your cash proceeds from your property sale. Put into perspective, however, I think that it is a feature that lets you take cash profits out from your CPF in an increasing market. This isn’t present in things like CPF stock investment.
