Things to Do Before July
As June ends, deals are ending, and SRS withdrawal age is going up! Speaking of up, so are mortgage rates. Do these things before July comes around:

Open and fund your SRS Account
I have nagged on this a few times before, so here’s a final reminder: open and fund your SRS Account! DBS account applications are instant if you do online during business hours, and 7PM on 30th June 2022 is the absolute deadline for you to open and fund your SRS account to lock in the penalty-free age of 62.
Refinance your mortgage
Interest rates keep going up, and if you haven’t already done so, it’s certainly time to refinance before rates go up even further. Some reports indicate as much as 3 to even 4% pa rates in the future, so if you haven’t started comparing quotes… it’s time to do so.
