July 2025 Deals Round-up: Great Deals For Miles, Cash, and Other Pricey Gifts

Amex Platinum Charge’s all-time high offer of 100,000 miles has been extended yet again, but I’m not sure they can keep it going perpetually. 100,000 miles, especially in the form of Amex points which can go to a variety of airlines, is almost enough to cover the annual fee, and there are still other statement credits and benefits that are worth quite a bit.

DBS launched a gigantic sign-up promo for its cards early this month and new cardholders can get a choice of really generous gifts ranging from PS5 to S$500 of eCapitaVouchers. Even the iPad they offer is of the 256GB variant, so this is truly a big offer not to be missed.
Existing cardholders don’t go away empty-handed as there are 2 promos for this group of cardholders.
Easy deals: get CIMB and OCBC gifts with low/no min. spend!
Many sign-up offers require you to spend a minimum amount of at least a few hundred dollars, but you can get CIMB’s welcome gifts from just S$108 of spend! In fact, the S$50 cash gift and S$88 cashback more than offsets this spend amount.
OCBC’s offer is even more fuss-free with no minimum spend required. You just need to make one transaction to qualify for up to S$300 in vouchers!
